A complete aftertreatment line for gensets and industrial engines from 75 kW to 800 kW. Exhaust is oxidised, filtered and then cleaned of NOx in a single stainless assembly, controlled end to end by the ATCU and validated on an engine before dispatch.

▪ How it works
The DOC converts CO and unburnt hydrocarbons to CO₂ and water, and raises NO₂ so trapped soot burns off continuously.
The wall-flow DPF forces exhaust through porous filter walls, holding back over 99% of soot by mass.
The ATCU meters AdBlue (AUS 32) through the injector; the mixer turns it into evenly spread ammonia.
SCR bricks convert NOx into nitrogen and water, and an ammonia-slip layer stops excess NH₃.

01Takes exhaust from the engine and spreads it evenly across the catalyst face.
02Houses the oxidation catalyst and the wall-flow particulate filter.
03Lets the filter section come out for ash cleaning without unbolting the line.
04Turns the urea spray into ammonia and spreads it evenly before the SCR.
05Atomises AdBlue into the hot gas stream in precisely metered pulses.
06Where ammonia reduces NOx to harmless nitrogen and water.
07Collects the cleaned exhaust and returns it to the stack.
08Measure what goes in and what comes out, so dosing is always closed-loop.
09The brain of the system: dosing, thermal strategy and diagnostics.
10Carries the whole line and isolates it from engine vibration.
