What this website keeps in your browser, why, and how long it lasts.
What this means in short
This website sets no cookies at all, and no advertising, tracking or analytics items. It keeps a few small items in your browser storage so that it remembers your choices and works smoothly. The only optional third-party content is Google Maps, which loads only if you allow it.
Everything the website stores on your device
This is the complete list. Nothing here is sent to us or to anyone else. "Strictly necessary" items make the site work and do not need consent. "User-initiated functional" items are created only when you use the feature named, such as choosing a theme, muting the assistant, turning on voice or chatting.

Business app (app.maxmoc.com)
Staff and authorised partners who sign in to the business app get one cookie and some interface preferences. Signing out ends the session on our server, deletes the cookie, empties the tab storage and removes the saved preferences, except two "already seen" markers (mmw.tour.v1 and mmw.help.seen) that stop the welcome tour replaying at every sign-in.

Third parties and your IP address
The website loads no analytics or advertising pixels and no external fonts or scripts of its own. Fonts and code come from our own domain. There are two exceptions. Our host, Vercel, handles your IP address in its server logs to deliver the site, and its Speed Insights measures page speed anonymously without cookies. And Google Maps contacts Google only if you allow it, as explained below. Links to other sites, such as regulators and partners, leave this website and follow their own policies.
Google Maps, only if you allow it
Our location maps are provided by Google. Before you choose, the site shows a placeholder and does not contact Google. When you allow maps, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. You can always open the location in Google Maps in a new tab instead.
Assistant sound and voice
The assistant's sound effects are short tones made on your device, play only while you use the assistant, and are controlled by the speaker button in its header, which also silences voice replies. Voice replies are off until you turn them on. They use one gentle female English voice from your browser's built-in speech feature, so nothing is downloaded from us, and the voice code loads only when you ask for it. Some browsers offer online voices run by the browser's maker, and the assistant prefers voices that run on your own device where it can.
Your choices
You can change your choice about maps at any time. You can also clear the items above through your browser settings, which resets the site to its defaults.
