Using the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• send automated requests that burden the site, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with how it works;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or use the forms to send spam, false enquiries or unlawful content;
• copy, extract or reverse-engineer the 3D models, simulations or software on the site.

We may block access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

Automated assistant

Max is an automated assistant that gives general product information. Its replies are not formal engineering certification, system sizing guarantees, quotations or binding warranties, and nothing it says creates a contract. Always confirm important details in writing with a Maxmoc engineer.

Information on this site

Product descriptions, specifications, performance figures and 3D models are provided for general information. Final specifications, compliance scope and performance are confirmed in a written proposal for each application.

Emission and performance figures

Conversion, filtration and compliance figures shown on this site are typical or design values. Real results depend on the engine, fuel quality, duty cycle, installation, maintenance and the test method used. Nothing on this site is a certificate of compliance, and it is not legal or regulatory advice. Compliance with a standard for your engine is confirmed only by the tests and documents agreed in your order.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on this site, including prices, ratings and availability statements, is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry or request for quote does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we accept your written purchase order, on the terms stated in our quotation or order confirmation.

3D models and imagery

Interactive 3D models and rendered images are representative illustrations built from published specifications. Proportions and details are indicative and may differ from delivered hardware.

Documents and datasheets

Datasheets, certificates and other documents shared with you are for evaluation of Maxmoc products only. They may not be republished or altered without written permission.

Copyright, trademarks and intellectual property

Copyright in the text, diagrams, SCR and DPF drawings, datasheets, imagery, software, 3D models and assistant content on this site belongs to Maxmoc Motor Works India Private Limited or its licensors, and Maxmoc and its logos and product names are our trademarks or trade names. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify them. No right to use any of them is granted except as these terms allow.

No scraping, copying or reverse engineering

You may not copy, republish, scrape, harvest or mine the site, its datasheets, diagrams, brand assets or the assistant's knowledge base, whether by hand or by automated tools, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or extract the 3D models, simulations or code. Content may be used for personal, internal evaluation of Maxmoc products only.

Export control and sanctions

All OEM enquiries, technical datasheets, software and products are subject to applicable Indian and international export control and sanctions laws. We do not offer them to sanctioned persons or entities or to restricted jurisdictions, and we may decline or cancel any enquiry or order where we believe these laws would be breached.

Third-party content and links

The site may show content from, or link to, services we do not control, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and our technology partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or show a maintenance page, at any time without notice.
