// DOC + DPF + Urea SCR on one engineered skid

Urea SCR System

A complete aftertreatment line for gensets and industrial engines from 75 kW to 800 kW. Exhaust is oxidised, filtered and then cleaned of NOx in a single stainless assembly, controlled end to end by the ATCU and validated on an engine before dispatch.

▪ How it works

Four stages, one clean result

  1. 01

    Oxidise

The DOC converts CO and unburnt hydrocarbons to CO₂ and water, and raises NO₂ so trapped soot burns off continuously.

  2. 02

    Filter

The wall-flow DPF forces exhaust through porous filter walls, holding back over 99% of soot by mass.

  3. 03

    Dose

The ATCU meters AdBlue (AUS 32) through the injector; the mixer turns it into evenly spread ammonia.

  4. 04

    Reduce

SCR bricks convert NOx into nitrogen and water, and an ammonia-slip layer stops excess NH₃.

What every part does

Each card shows the real component. Press View in 3D and the camera flies to that part in the model above.

Engine inlet & diffuser01

Engine inlet & diffuser

Takes exhaust from the engine and spreads it evenly across the catalyst face.

  • Machined flange matched to the engine outlet
  • Diffuser cone for uniform flow distribution
  • Fully welded stainless construction
Stainless steel · OEM flange
DOC + DPF canister02

DOC + DPF canister

Houses the oxidation catalyst and the wall-flow particulate filter.

  • DOC for low light-off temperature
  • Wall-flow DPF, 99% PM capture
  • Perforated heat shield over the hottest section
PM ≥99% · passive regeneration
V-band service joint03

V-band service joint

Lets the filter section come out for ash cleaning without unbolting the line.

  • Quick-release clamp, removed in minutes
  • Gas-tight seal at full exhaust temperature
  • Reusable through repeated service cycles
Tool-light service access
Decomposition pipe & mixer04

Decomposition pipe & mixer

Turns the urea spray into ammonia and spreads it evenly before the SCR.

  • Swirl blades for uniform NH₃ distribution
  • Sized for full evaporation at low load
  • Prevents urea deposits on the pipe wall
Uniformity index tuned per engine
Urea dosing injector05

Urea dosing injector

Atomises AdBlue into the hot gas stream in precisely metered pulses.

  • Solenoid valve with fine spray pattern
  • Finned heat shield protects the coil
  • Purge after shutdown stops crystallisation
Demand-matched dosing
SCR catalyst canister06

SCR catalyst canister

Where ammonia reduces NOx to harmless nitrogen and water.

  • SCR bricks
  • Ammonia-slip catalyst at the outlet end
  • Insulated to hold catalyst temperature
NOx ≥95% at rated power
Outlet & tailpipe07

Outlet & tailpipe

Collects the cleaned exhaust and returns it to the stack.

  • Collector cone for low backpressure
  • Elbow and flange to suit the site stack
  • Sensor ports for downstream monitoring
Backpressure within OEM limit
NOx, temperature & ΔP sensors08

NOx, temperature & ΔP sensors

Measure what goes in and what comes out, so dosing is always closed-loop.

  • Upstream and downstream NOx sensors
  • Thermocouples at each catalyst stage
  • Differential pressure tracks soot load
NOx up/down · T · ΔP · O₂
aftertreatment control unit09

aftertreatment control unit

The brain of the system: dosing, thermal strategy and diagnostics.

  • Closed-loop dosing on NOx sensor feedback
  • OBD diagnostics with fault logging
  • CAN J1939 link to the engine ECU
IP67 · 12 / 24 V DC
Skid frame & saddles10

Skid frame & saddles

Carries the whole line and isolates it from engine vibration.

  • Powder-coated Maxmoc-blue steel skid
  • Saddles with stainless straps on each can
  • Bolt-down feet for site or container mounting
Factory-assembled, crane-ready
